Sue & Dave Pitman welcome you to Florian Guest House, rated as 4* by Visit England. This is a traditional Victorian house, built around 1885, over 4 floors. We are fully non-smoking, except in the garden.

Florian is situated just 10-15 minutes walk from Weymouth town centre and the beach. We have a small parking area and there is a bus sevice which runs past us on a regular schedule.

We are a 5 min drive to the main business estates and can be reached without going through town centre. There is free Wifi available in all areas. Early breakfasts on request for business travellers or ferry passengers.
